Your role will encompass leading through innovation, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and personal growth while establishing solid team and client relationships. You will be tasked with optimizing resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing vendor and supplier relationships effectively.

Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives in operational technology and drive change management efforts.

The ideal candidate should hold a strong background in multi-unit, multi-state operations, alongside significant expertise in supply chain management, vendor oversight, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and technology deployment. With a proven track record in financial leadership, you should excel in problem-solving as well as demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, with an advanced degree preferred. A willingness to travel extensively is required.
