Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch - 12 week program
• Execute weekly lead gen - including 200+ calls, 2 open houses and database management
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Consult with sellers, get signed listing agreement and market homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Commit to team trainings and events
