EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time

HOURS OF WORK: Flexible scheduling. Clinic hours Mon–Thu 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Fri–Sat 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

COMPENSATION

$60–$85 USD per hour, based on experience.

JOB SUMMARY

The Nurse Practitioner, Longevity Medicine is responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based care within our longevity and preventative wellness programs.

This role requires a clinician who combines strong clinical judgment with a genuine interest in proactive, preventive healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. The successful candidate will build lasting patient relationships, educate patients on treatment options, and support long-term health optimization and quality of life outcomes.

Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to clinic growth through exceptional patient experiences, ethical treatment recommendations, and a commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Consultation & Clinical Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, reviewing patient histories, labs, and risk factors
• Determine clinical appropriateness of care and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical indications, and evidence-based best practices
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and long-term care planning

Longevity & Preventative Care

• Provide ongoing medical oversight throughout the patient journey
• Conduct scheduled medical review appointments and address patient questions, concerns, and clinical considerations
• Prescribe and authorize medications within scope, ensuring clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of all patient encounters in our EMR system
• Approve and manage prescriptions according to clinic protocols
• Ensure all care delivered is safe, ethical, and compliant with applicable state and federal regulations

Patient Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up care
• Conduct follow-up assessments, monitor outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Foster patient trust, confidence, and realistic expectations through education and communication

Collaboration & Professional Leadership

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinic leadership to ensure continuity of care
• Provide clinical guidance within the care team and escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical workflows, protocols, and patient outcomes
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging research, technologies, and best practices in longevity medicine

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Colorado
• DEA registration in good standing (required for controlled-substance prescribing, e.g., hormone therapy)
• Minimum 2-3 years of NP clinical experience; experience or strong interest in longevity or preventative medicine preferred
• Confident clinical judgment and strong documentation skills
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care
• Comfortable managing real-time schedules and patient needs efficiently
