We are a young and growing company and as the Store Restaurant Lead /General Manager you will be passionate about kindness & care toward your team members and customers that leads to meaningful connections through exceptional experiences.

This position requires individuals that are comfortable with a self-motivated, hands-on approach, while utilizing systems and processes which focus on efficiencies and teamwork that lead toward overall individual and business growth and success.

As part of the Leadership Team, you will be a central part of the decision-making process and an active participant in the ongoing development of Just BE Kitchen and your team members

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators aligned to financial and operational goals
• Understand/analyze store metrics to make informed decisions to maximize costs/drive sales

• Effectively manage labor to optimize productivity and minimize costs

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, consistency and synergies.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
