F&B ASSISTANT MANAGER IN TRAINING

About the Role

The F&B Assistant Manager in Training position is designed to develop future leaders within the food and beverage department by providing comprehensive hands-on experience and mentorship. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities
