Job duties include but are not limited to

• Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of coffee, tea, specialty beverages and food as well as information regarding preparation methods.
• The ability to accurately process transactions through the POS and count back change to customers.
• The ability to meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards.
• The ability to follow proper payroll procedures.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Good command of the English language
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
