As a Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly.

You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This role requires a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.

Hours: This is a full-time position with morning shifts starting at either 5:30 a.m. or 7:30 a.m. Flexibility to work other shifts as needed is preferred.
