Tradecraft Industries is the first ever Flex Office space for the construction industry. Think WeWork but blue-collar (no tech bro’s). We are located in North Denver in a 19,000 sq ft modern industrial facility. Started in 2017, Tradecraft just celebrated nine successful years in business.

If you’re looking for an entry level position with the possibility for rapid advancement, this is it. The community includes a mix of contractors and professional entrepreneurs all focused on construction and the ‘built-environment’. We work hard, play hard, and solve problems together.

The CC position is key in maintaining the positive and collaborative environment at Tradecraft and the right person must be passionate about the mission, the people, and maintaining excellent operations within the building.

The Front Desk / Barista will be the first impression members & the general public have of the space; positivity and kindness are a must. This person is responsible for the maintenance of a collaborative environment amongst our members through events, personal introductions and fresh coffee.

Ideally, this position has the finger on the pulse of our members and can anticipate what changes or pivots to the community or facility should occur.

Your day would start by organizing the front, brewing coffee, sorting mail and walking through the facility to observe and check-up that everything is ready for our members to use. You’ll also be greeted by our shop dog, Mack (a 9 year old yellow lab) who will help you welcome members and guests, sometimes overenthusiastically. Once the facility is ready to go and match fit, daily duties include:

• Answering phone calls, returning VM’s for Tradecraft (not members)
• Greeting guests or individuals coming through the space for the first time; giving tours and telling our story
• Answering members’ questions, troubleshooting access, WiFi, or other facility related tasks
• Planning community events (we host happy hours, grills, poker nights, and other fun activities to bring our members together for a good time)
• Actively engage with members to find out what’s going on in their days, businesses or current projects. Make connections when called for, but above all, know and engage with members
• Onboard new members and ensure accurate billing for existing members
• Promote the community and its members on social media to engage the construction and design community at large.
• Design newsletters or other one-page marketing materials to promote upcoming events (graphic design or marketing experience is a huge plus)
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good sense of humor and tendency towards well-timed malarkey, shenanigans or pranks is a plus

• Design/marketing experience a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; ability to adjust and pivot as the business requires is a must.
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy, and candor.
• Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities, construction industry experience a plus.
• Leasing/Real Estate experience a plus.
• Must like or at least tolerate dogs

Job Type: Full-Time, in person, 8am-5pm

Salary: $21.00 - $26.00/hr Negotiable depending on level of experience
