Overview

Join the Vega Vitality team! We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Experience in aesthetics is appreciated by not necessary.

A background in social media and/or marketing is strongly preferred. Established networking assets is additionally valuable. Paid hours may occasionally include marketing and collaboration events with the team.

Anticipated initial schedule is for coverage every Friday from 10am - 6:30pm and two Saturdays per month (10am - 4pm) with opportunity to include other days of the week over time.

Duties

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
• Handle patient inquiries and requests promptly.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinic services as well as package and membership structure.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Retail inventory management.
• Social media content generation.
• Focused efforts on networking and collaborative business outreach.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality, customer service, or retail.
• Focus on guest services and relations.
• Proficient phone etiquette skills.
• Previous experience in front desk operations is an asset.
• Social media management and content generation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
