We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our company and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, contractors, architects, and builders. This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer, screen, and triage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Welcome walk-in customers and provide general product and company information.
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings.
• Create and distribute work tickets and job documentation for production and project teams.
• Maintain organized project files and administrative records.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready.
• Assist with office organization, filing, and daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales staff, project managers, and the fabrication shop.
• Assist with order intake and ensure accurate information is communicated throughout the production process.
• Help resolve customer questions and administrative issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Previous front office, administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar , and learning new software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Monday – Thursday 8:00AM- 5:00PM

Friday 8:00AM-3:00PM

1 Saturday a month 10:00AM-3:00PM
