Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Raleigh, NC, offers a blend of in-office, in-field, and work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent | Home Matchmaker | Dream Property Specialist will guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction lifecycle, including property searches, listing consultations, showings, market analysis, and contract negotiation.

Daily responsibilities include networking, generating and nurturing leads, preparing and presenting listings, coordinating showings and open houses, and maintaining consistent communication with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other partners.

The role also includes preparing comparative market analyses, advising clients on pricing and offers, managing transaction timelines, and using CRM and digital tools to track activities and maintain accurate records. Team members collaborate closely with colleagues, embrace ongoing training, and represent Triangle Experts’ brand and values in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices.
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including buying, selling, and listing residential properties.
• Strong Sales skills, with the ability to prospect, convert leads, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and clear communication throughout the client journey.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, online listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and balance in-person appointments with remote tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Triangle area.
• Previous experience in the Raleigh/Triangle market and knowledge of local neighborhoods is highly beneficial.
