PMP, PMILead the project/programme management of large programme with outstanding communication skills, who has done senior stakeholder engagement at CXO levels (Note – outstanding communication skills, articulation skills are critical)
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across infrastructure (cloud migration, data centres, networks) and software (enterprise systems, platforms, integrations).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and technical feasibility.

Drive procurement processes including RFP/RFI creation, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and Onboarding.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, change control, and cost-benefit analysis.

Coordinate with architecture, security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams for seamless execution.

Monitor risk, compliance, and governance, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and Resource allocations using tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

Report progress, issues, and milestones to executive sponsors and steering committees.

Foster a collaborative environment for cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Lead project audits, closure reports, and lessons-learned sessions to improve future delivery.
