Duties

• Creating a safe and inclusive environment.
• Implementing lesson plans aligned with Wake County NC Pre-K standards through hands-on learning.
• Building strong partnerships with families and staff.
• Maintaining all NC Pre-K licensing, health, and safety requirements.
• Participating in professional development and educational initiatives.

Preferred Experience (not required)

• Prior experience working with children in a preschool setting.
• Knowledge of Teaching Strategies and ECERS
• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; additional credentials in childhood development or special education are advantageous.

Pay: $45,776.00 - $64,621.00 per year
