The Wait Staff Tipped position at Sodexo Live, based at the Raleigh Convention Center, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $19.00. The Wait Staff Tipped is responsible for providing attentive, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. This includes greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, explaining specials, and making knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages.

The role also involves taking and accurately relaying orders to the kitchen, ensuring that food is served attractively and to the highest quality standards.

Working as Wait Staff requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift or move weights up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions. Candidates must be attentive to guests’ needs and able to address any concerns gracefully and professionally.

Policies related to alcohol service, such as training with TIPS or equivalent certifications, and adherence to state-specific regulations, are also required.
