HVAC Startup Technician

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Startup Technician to join our team at LKN Mechanical, Inc in our Raleigh location. In this role you will be responsible for starting up split systems, VRF systems, packaged HVAC units, install low ambient kits, economizers, power exhaust, troubleshoot and replace bad parts found during startup, in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Startup of split systems, VRF systems and packaged HVAC units
• Complete startup sheets, provide owners training to our customers for the equipment installed
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• Must have at least five years of experience
• Electrical background is required
• Must have knowledge with three phase systems
• Experience reading mechanical and electrical drawings and wiring diagrams is required
• Successful applicant must be able to pass a drug test
• Some travel may be required
• Clean driving record is a must
