Role Description

The Marketing Account Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin, Ohio. This is an entry-level sales and marketing opportunity focused on face-to-face customer acquisition in high-traffic retail locations and event environments.

As a Marketing Account Executive, you will represent nationally recognized brands by engaging customers, identifying their needs, presenting products and services, and completing new customer enrollments. Every day is centered around building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping clients expand their market share through professional, in-person interactions.

In addition to direct customer engagement, you will work alongside experienced sales leaders to develop your communication, leadership, and business management skills. This position offers a clear path for advancement based on performance rather than seniority.

Daily Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in retail stores, community events, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations.
• Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and available solutions.
• Generate new customer acquisitions while consistently achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Accurately complete customer enrollments and maintain sales documentation.
• Track daily sales activity using CRM and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and product training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing client brands.
