Health professional and client recruitment

The Employee Recruitment and client relationship Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s and client’s staffing needs with maintaining and adding new contracting clients. This role works closely with hiring managers and contracted and contract employer to ensure an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on job boards and company websites.
• Call and add new qualified client and create contract between company and client.
• Source and screen qualified candidates through resumes, databases, and networking.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build relationships with existing and potential new clients.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
• Build relationships with colleges, job fairs, and professional organizations to attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of recruiting or human resources experience (entry-level positions may require less).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
