Executive Personal Assistant-Working Partner

Active and financially expanding Columbus, OH area Executive is seeking Assistant / Helper / Working-Partner for immediate hire. Applicants should have a heart and passion to serve and the desire to work alongside a confident and upright leader. Must be a strong Team player, care about others, and bring initiative, drive, and personal ownership to everything they do.

Position Summary

Applicants must have experience working closely to help others and possess a well-established working-partnership mindset for and with leadership. Seeking those who are able to balance a position of direct influence while quickly responding to shifting priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position consisting of time spent in the office, traveling, community, entertaining, residence management, and remote work.

Executive is primarily focused on: accomplishment, becoming a better leader in every area of life, seizing present opportunities, all the while continuing to operate with high efficiency and output. As such, specific responsibilities of the Executive Personal Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Working with a helper / supportive mindset while being in a role of direct influence.
• Assist with all aspects of schedule – business, community, and personal.
• Proactively identifying needs and providing tactical support.
• Research projects of any caliber. Be willing to branch out and dig deep.
• Anticipate and proactively take on new initiatives to further promote the efficiency of Executive.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records, files, and databases to ensure efficient access to information.
• Be willing to help with anything that can come up all while maintaining confidentiality and a good attitude.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting salary ranges from: $75,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
• Full-time (flexible hours): Monday – Friday (typical day shift), occasional Saturdays, NO Sundays ever!
• Performance bonuses are regularly awarded!
