You’ll learn every step through hands-on mentorship and a proven system that works. This is a commission-only, 1099 role that can completely change your future with the right effort. Key Responsibilities

• Work with homeowners to purchase properties ready for renovation
• Match buyers in the fix-and-flip market with great opportunities
• Learn negotiation, deal structure, and relationship management
• Build your business through consistent action and coaching

Required Qualifications

• You must have an active real estate license before you can begin working
• Motivated, full-time professionals ready to commit and grow
• Individuals currently completing or recently finishing real estate coursework
