Coordinate technical and management interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.

Prepare and negotiate employment offers in line with the approved compensation structure.

Coordinate pre-employment documentation, medical examinations, visa processing, and onboarding activities.

Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

Promote the Company's employer brand through recruitment campaigns and social media initiatives.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards for Management.

Analyze recruitment trends and recommend process improvements.

Maintain recruitment records and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS.Learning & DevelopmentCoordinate annual training plans in collaboration with department managers.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.

Coordinate internal and external training programs.

Manage employee training records and training budgets.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments.

Coordinate employee induction and onboarding programs.

Administer the Company's Education Assistance Program and training agreements.HR ProjectsParticipate in HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop recruitment and training policies and procedures.

Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning projects.

Assist with employer branding and employee engagement activities.

Recommend process automation and technology improvements within Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
