Inclusive Lead Preschool Teacher ,$500 sign on

Future Scholars Learning Academy is the premier inclusive early learning program located in Columbus, Ohio, We have 2 sites and we are currently seeking passionate and dedicated new team members that are committed to child development, kindergarten readiness, and supporting children with special developmental needs such as Autism.

We are currently hiring for Full-Time Lead Teacher Positions with the following schedule options:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM- this schedule requires a Degree in Education
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Current Preschool CDA Certification or
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Education or a related field
• RBT CERTIFICATION and experience (not required,highly appreciated)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Leadership experience a plus
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for working with special needs children and families
• Strong Lesson planning, observation, and documentation skills
• Must be a Organized and Solution oriented Individual

Position Overview

We are looking for a team member who is goal-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to providing the best outcomes for all students. Paid training will be provided on our specific policies and systems.

Applicants must be able to

• Provide one-on-one, small group, and large group support daily for developmental, social/emotional, and behavioral needs
• Handle responsibilities related to documenting observations, tracking children’s progress, and compiling data within our system
• Work successfully with co-teachers, therapists, intervention specialists, ABA's/RBT's, education liaisons, and administrators to provide high-quality education and care aligned with our program’s mission and vision
• Follow the center’s established policies and procedures
• Implement lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum
• Conduct ongoing screenings, assessments, and observations using Teaching Strategies and child outcome data
• Set up engaging interest centers within the classroom
• Maintain daily classroom cleaning and sanitation requirements
• Bring a fun, loving, and energetic presence into the classroom each day
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, along with strong verbal and written communication when interacting with team members, children, and parents

Candidates must also

• Have a genuine passion for children
• Understand and implement childcare licensing regulations
• Follow CACFP food program guidelines

Compensation
