General Manager - Restaurant

This position is located in Columbus, Ohio

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead all aspects of operations for a traditional French bistro in Columbus, Ohio. This role is responsible for restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, team development, and financial results.

The General Manager will oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations, recruit and develop team members, manage labor and inventory controls, and ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities include achieving sales and profitability goals, managing budgets, forecasting, payroll, and labor costs, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with marketing and ownership on initiatives that drive revenue and guest traffic.

Qualified candidates will have prior full-service restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of restaurant operations, and demonstrated success managing budgets, forecasting, payroll, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, organizational, and team-development skills.
