What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service execution, and leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will play a critical role in maintaining service excellence, team development, and financial performance while fostering a dynamic, high-energy dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management
• Maintain service excellence, ensuring all guests receive an elevated dining experience
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Organize and supervise staff shifts, ensuring optimal floor coverage
• Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards

Team Development & Staffing

• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
• Train and mentor employees in customer service best practices and operational excellence
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Foster team morale and a positive work environment

Guest Satisfaction & Brand Development

• Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support local marketing initiatives, events, and community partnerships
• Recommend creative ways to attract and retain guests

Financial & Business Performance

• Monitor revenue and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost control
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce waste
• Assist with marketing and promotional strategies
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports
• Maintain inventory controls and purchasing procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
• Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Experience with OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, and restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and P&L statements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
