What you'll be doing

• Building the founding sales playbook from zero
• Owning your own pipeline in the early months
• Selling across different channels — retail, events and custom one-to-one sales
• Running consultative conversations that pair physiology with the buyer's personal goals — training, recovery, sleep, longevity
• Feeding signal from the field back into product, science, and pricing
• What we need2+ years in in B2C or B2B sales in the UAEReal passion for fitness — this is not for the casual gym-goer.
• You train or have coached for performance, and can ideally hold a conversation about Zone 2, VO2 max, sleep architecture, and performance metrics
• Formal fitness education or credentials are a bonus
• Will thrive in a startup environment
• Currently UAE-resident, Dubai-based
