Restaurant / Shift Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead shifts. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing shift,adhering to safety and sanitation regulations, and driving profitability while upholding the high standards

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage Shift execution
• Uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the General Manager for shift execution
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry, preferably Denny's experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Understanding of restaurant operations best practices.
• Ability to cook or understand food service management is beneficial

Base Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
