Survey CAD Technician

A Survey Technician plays a critical role, bridging the gap between field crews and engineering designs. They conduct survey computations, process field data, and draft technical maps for utility construction and right-of-way projects.

Key Responsibilitie

• sData Processing & Computations: Process daily field data. Perform computations for boundary, topographic, easement, and construction stakeout work
• .Drafting & Mapping: Utilize AutoCAD to draft maps (subdivision, parcel, etc.) and create detailed survey basemaps and easement exhibits
• .Research: Interpret deeds, plats, and construction plans. Conduct thorough map and land records research
• .Collaboration: Communicate effectively with office staff, land surveyors, and field instrument operators
