Create and implement digital marketing strategies to promote City initiatives and engage with the community.

Develop and manage engaging and creative content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.

Monitor and analyze digital metrics to track the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with various City departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all digital channels.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Respond to comments and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in the planning and execution of digital events and campaigns.

Manage and maintain the City's social media calendar and schedule posts accordingly.

Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.

Work with graphic designers and videographers to create visual content for digital platforms.

Proofread and edit all digital content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to promote City events and initiatives.

Provide training and support to City staff on using digital platforms for communication and engagement.

Monitor online conversations and trends related to the City and report any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate department.

Maintain a positive and professional image of the City through all digital communication efforts.

Adhere to all City policies and procedures related to digital communications.

Continuously evaluate and improve the City's digital presence and make recommendations for enhancements.

Attend relevant workshops and conferences to stay current with digital communication trends and technologies.

Proactively identify opportunities to engage with the community and increase the City's digital reach.

Represent the City in a positive and professional manner at all times.
