Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy entrepreneur in their personal and professional life. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entrepreneur's personal calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating personal commitments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between the entrepreneur and family members, friends, and other personal contacts.
• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant on professional and work calendars, travel, and events.
• Arrange personal travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for personal trips and vacations for the entrepreneur and his family members.
• Handle personal errands and tasks such as grocery shopping, coordinating household maintenance, and managing deliveries.
• Organize and maintain personal documents, files, and records in a professional manner.
• Assist with planning and organizing personal events and special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and family gatherings.
• Research and provide recommendations for various personal needs, including entertainment options, dining reservations, and recreational activities.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the entrepreneur and Executive Assistant.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Anticipate the entrepreneur's needs and proactively address them to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a high-net-worth individual with a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, discreet, and friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
• Availability to travel between Ross Township and Wexford.
• Genuine interest in supporting the entrepreneur's well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
