What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their meal.
• Take accurate orders using Toast POS.
• Use upselling techniques to highlight our daily specials and signature rolls.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Assist with bussing, cleaning, and resetting stations to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on basic plating or prep as needed during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred (fine dining is a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Toast POS system.
• Skills: Strong communication, professional attitude, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Reliability: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Accuracy: Basic math skills for billing and cash handling.
