Summary

Prepares and serves food and Starbucks coffee products to patrons of Café 4 while demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Completes sanitation procedures based on guidelines of Allegheny County Health Department and other regulatory agencies for maintaining department work areas.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial or institutional food service experience.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Demonstrated ability of a “Customer First Attitude” that promotes the culture and values of the Hospital.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during peak volumes of business.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of prior commercial or institutional food service.
