Summary

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who focuses on the guest experience, has a hands-on management style, and knows how to manage the floor in an upscale environment. Candidates must be able to effectively run the business, while providing ongoing education for the service staff so strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.

We require a structured, upscale dining/food & beverage experience, coupled with a leader who can deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities/Requirements

• Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations.
• Consistent execution of all system, standards, and processes.
• Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales.
• Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.
• Monitor daily labor/matrix and other payroll reports.
• Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards, knowledge and experience with high levels of guest service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hospitality degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
