Role Description

The AI Networking Expert will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing network architectures that support AI-driven and DeFi-related applications. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai involves managing and monitoring network performance, configuring and maintaining network devices, and ensuring secure connectivity across internal and external environments.

The role includes collaborating with AI engineers and customer team to integrate intelligent routing, traffic optimization, and automated monitoring into the network stack. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting network issues, maintaining documentation, implementing security best practices, and supporting cross-functional teams with technical guidance.

The AI Networking Expert will also interact with internal stakeholders and clients to communicate network status, recommend improvements, and contribute to long-term infrastructure planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in AI Networking (Must have prior experience designing and managing networks for AI Infrastructure
• Spine-Leaf Pair Topology, High-Performance Fabrics, GPU Direct Storage/RDMA, Network Orchestration & Linux OS)
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Networking, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization of routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, including implementation of security policies, access controls, encryption, and threat detection/mitigation.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly convey technical information, support internal teams, and address client inquiries professionally.
• Experience with AI-driven network management tools, automation frameworks, and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) is required.
• Hands-on with cloud networking, VPNs, SDN, and distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution or equivalent practical experience with reputed organizations.
