We are seeking Desktop Support Technicians to assist with a large-scale desktop refresh project. Responsibilities include deploying and replacing desktop/laptop computers, imaging devices, setting up workstations, installing peripherals, replacing hardware, performing basic troubleshooting, tracking inventory, and providing onsite end-user support.
Candidates should have strong customer service skills, experience with PC deployments, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting project timelines and maintaining accurate asset and ticket documentation.
