We are hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to join Haus Regenerative in Scottsdale, AZ. This mid-level, full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a creative, strategic marketer who thrives in fast-growing environments and is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and transformational patient experiences.

You will own the brand voice across channels, translate clinical expertise into compelling consumer stories, and help scale acquisition and retention as Haus of Confidence expands.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that elevates Haus of Confidence across local and digital channels.
• Plan, produce, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, paid media, events, PR) to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Create and approve on-brand content—copy, imagery, video—tailored to clinical services, patient journeys, and product offerings.
• Manage social media editorial calendar, community engagement, and influencer/partnership relationships to grow awareness and trust.
• Measure campaign performance using analytics and KPIs; optimize tactics to improve conversion, LTV, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliant, accurate medical messaging and a best-in-class patient experience.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, designers, and vendors; manage marketing budgets and timelines.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of brand or digital marketing experience, preferably with consumer-facing services.
• Proven experience creating and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience producing content for social and email.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights) and comfort using data to guide decisions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Scottsdale, AZ schedule and collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or regulated industries with knowledge of compliant marketing practices.
• Familiarity with paid media (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) and basic SEO best practices.
• Experience with CRM/email automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot) and content management systems.
• Basic design and video production skills or experience managing creative production.
• Demonstrated success scaling a brand in a growth-stage business or startup environment.
