The Opportunity

Qinary is a full-service personal branding and marketing agency in Scottsdale, managing high-profile clients across social, PR, podcast, and AI-built content at real volume. The Brand Account Manager owns the client relationship end to end. You are part strategist, part project manager, and the client's biggest advocate inside our walls.

You set the brand direction and then make sure it ships, every day, across every channel. This role reaches well beyond social. Our clients run podcasts, land press, and build real authority, and you steer all of it. Just as important, this is an AI-first seat. We run on agentic systems, and we need someone who builds with them, not someone who occasionally asks a chatbot for ideas.

If you have built genuine relationships with clients, run content at volume, led cross-functional teams, and already put AI to work in real ways, this is for you. If you are after a quiet nine to five, this is not it.

AI and Agentic Systems (Core to This Role)

We expect you to be genuinely fluent in AI, well past basic prompting. In the interview you will be asked to walk us through what you have actually built, so come ready with specifics.

• Hands-on experience building AI workflows and agentic systems, not just question-and-answer sessions with ChatGPT or Gemini. You can point to real things you have designed, wired together, and shipped.
• A working understanding of developer-grade AI tools, including Claude Code and Codex, and how agents can take over real parts of an agency's workflow.
• Comfort designing multi-step automations that go beyond a single prompt: systems that research, draft, publish, or report with minimal hand-holding.
• A clear point of view on where AI genuinely improves brand and content work, and where a human still has to own the decision.

What You Own

• Client relationships. Senior point of contact for your portfolio. Weekly check-ins and white-glove communication over Slack, email, and in person. You are their strategist and their sounding board.
• Brand strategy. Develop and evolve each client's positioning, content pillars, campaigns, and launches, thinking a quarter ahead while executing today.
• Content operations. Own the pipeline from idea to publish. Run ClickUp boards that hold creative, design, video, and copy accountable to deadlines across several clients at once.
• Agentic execution. Use and improve the agentic systems that power our content, research, and reporting, and bring your own ideas for automating the busywork out of the day.
• Creative oversight. Give clear, strategic direction to editors, designers, and writers so every deliverable fits the client's brand and hits its goal. You are the quality gate before anything goes live.
• Multi-channel publishing. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook, plus podcast and PR. Manage calendars, approve copy, coordinate edits, and optimize for each platform.
• PR and visibility. Secure podcast placements, guest spots, and speaking opportunities for clients and Qinary leadership. Build media relationships and pitch stories that position clients as authorities.
• Community and reporting. Grow engaged communities in the client's voice. Track the metrics that tie to business outcomes and adjust strategy on what the data shows.
• Operational discipline. Keep Dropbox, CRM, scheduling, and project tools clean and current.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years in brand strategy, digital marketing, or account management, with agency experience managing multiple accounts strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building with AI well beyond basic prompting. Be ready to walk through agentic systems or automations you have personally built, with real detail.
• Familiarity with developer-grade AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex, and a genuine grasp of how agentic AI is reshaping how an agency operates.
• A real history of managing client relationships in person, not only over email. You have presented a strategy across the table, taken hard questions, and kept the relationship strong.
• Deep, platform-specific knowledge across the major social platforms, plus hands-on exposure to PR and podcast production.
• Advanced proficiency with ClickUp or a similar tool, a social scheduler such as Metricool, Later, or Sprout, Google Workspace, CRM, and analytics dashboards.
• Proven ability to run high-volume production across accounts without losing quality or missing deadlines.
• A strong writer and presenter who can lead a client strategy meeting and a creative kickoff with equal confidence.
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
