About the Position

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

This is a 30-hour-per-week position with a consistent weekday schedule. Candidates must be available to work 6 hours each day on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday offer flexible daytime scheduling, provided the total weekly hours equal 30.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct a multi-line phone system
• Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support
• Take accurate phone messages
• Maintain and organize office files
• Scan, copy, fax, and email documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Receive and distribute deliveries
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent receptionist, front desk, or administrative assistant experience
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be reliable and committed to working 30 hours per week
• Must successfully pass a background check
