Executive Personal Assistant

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization to identify an Executive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a highly visible onsite role. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable supporting a strong, direct personality. This person should be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing changing priorities with professionalism and composure.

Qualifications

• Previous Personal Executive Assistant or high-level support experience
• Ability to execute independently with minimal direction
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, and discretion
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
