Front Desk Receptionist with General Office

PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with General Office experience. This position will also provide support for a variety of administrative functions. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills. This position is front facing to all visitors coming in to the business as well as all incoming calls.

Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the front desk phone and in person contacts. Additionally performing a variety of administrative clerical functions while answering phones, greeting customers as the first point of contact.

• managing calendars for office, meetings online or in conference rooms
• providing general company information to staff, clients, visitors

Additional responsibilities of the Receptionist will include

• Generating reports using various MS office applications
• Providing support for multiple projects
• Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills, Internet search and use with Google and Microsoft Edge
• AI use and experience is helpful
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• General knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High School Degree
• Skills on MS office suite (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
