Lead User Experience Designer

As a designer on the HUE Team, you will help to define the design direction and contribute directly to creating the next generation of user experience on a wide variety of leading-edge products and services.

This can include General Aviation, Business, Commercial, and Military aircraft avionics, Space, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), web-based and app-based software, and even virtual reality solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to develop needs-based solutions, develop personas, conduct user research, define UX metrics and outcomes, and act as a voice for the customer and end user throughout the product development life cycle.
