Compensation

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through lead generation and relationship building
• Follow up with prospective buyers and sellers
• Conduct property showings and host open houses
• Build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process
• Learn and implement proven real estate systems
• Attend training, coaching, and team meetings
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout transactions
• Develop market knowledge and local expertise
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Active Arizona real estate license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
