Showing Agent — Real Estate (Licensed)

This is also the single best entry point into a full agent career: you learn neighborhoods, buyer behavior, and what actually sells homes — while getting paid — and top showing agents on our team are first in line for full agent roles with mentorship.

What you'll do

• Schedule and host property showings for our buyer clients
• Open doors, walk buyers through homes, and capture their feedback for the lead agent
• Attend inspections and walkthroughs when the lead agent is unavailable
• Learn the Phoenix metro inventory better than anyone — Scottsdale to Queen Creek

What we're looking for

• Active Arizona real estate license (required to open doors)
• Full-time availability — about 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when buyers tour
• Reliable vehicle and comfort driving across the metro
• Punctual, presentable, and personable — you're the face of our team at every showing

Pay: $60,000 to $125,000 per year, based on your volume and performance. Serving the Phoenix metro: Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and surrounding areas.
