We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful real estate business through a combination of property showings, open houses, and buyer engagement while earning rewarding commissions. You will gain practical experience conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing properties for visitors, placing signs and marketing materials, and assisting with tasks such as measuring homes. Through consistent client interaction, you will strengthen your communication skills, build confidence, and learn how to create positive experiences that lead to long-term relationships.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop proven systems for lead follow-up, buyer conversations, scheduling, and daily productivity. The focus is on creating consistent habits, building a steady pipeline, and developing the skills needed to grow into a successful buyer and listing agent over time.

Compensation

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities

• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Real estate license required - commission opportunity
