Server/Waiter/Waitress

As a Server/Waiter/Waitress at Outback Steakhouse, you will be an essential part of the team that helps to make every guest experience the best it can be. We seek individuals who are passionate about hospitality and who demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service.

If you have a positive attitude, the ability to work well with others, and an eagerness to learn, we want to hear from you!To be considered for the position of Server/Waiter/Waitress at Outback Steakhouse, you must have at least one year of relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. You must also be 18 years of age or older.

Additionally, you must have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Finally, you must have the stamina to stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure the accuracy of orders, including any special instructions or dietary restrictions.

Ensure that all guests are served in a timely manner.

Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Cultivate positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business.

Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Stock and restock work areas as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
