We are seeking an experienced Chef & Food and Beverage Manager to lead all kitchen and F&B operations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen, bar, banquet, and Food & Beverage operations
• Plan and execute menus, including specials and seasonal offerings
• Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Supervise and train staff; manage scheduling and labor costs
• Ensure timely food production and service standards
• Maintain portion control, quality, and presentation standards
• Develop beverage programs including pricing and inventory
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability
• Enforce sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Required Certifications
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
