As the F&B Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our food and beverage operations, overseeing the dining areas, bars, and ensuring that our guests' dining experience exceeds expectations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry, has a strong background in F&B management, and is able to lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations at the hotel, including the dining areas and bars.

Create and maintain a high standard of customer service for all food and beverage outlets, ensuring that guests' needs are met and exceeded.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue in the food and beverage department.

Train, supervise, and schedule a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring that they deliver exceptional service and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and improve the overall guest experience.

Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, ensuring that all items are ordered, received, and stored in accordance with company standards.

Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to create seasonal menus and specials that meet guest expectations and align with the hotel's brand.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures, in all food and beverage areas.

Handle and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to food and beverage services promptly and effectively.

Continuously monitor and analyze food and beverage trends, industry competition, and guest feedback to make necessary improvements and adjustments to the hotel's offerings.

Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to guests.

Prepare and manage the food and beverage budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and revenue goals are met.

Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best quality products at the most competitive prices.

Stay updated on industry developments and trends, attend conferences and workshops, and network with other professionals to stay informed and improve skills and knowledge.

Embody the hotel's brand and core values, and consistently promote a positive image of the hotel and its offerings to guests, partners, and the community.
