Sales Director – B2B Telecom

VEGA LEADER, an Authorised Channel Partner of du, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Director – B2B Telecom Sales to lead our corporate sales operations in Abu Dhabi.

This leadership role is responsible for driving B2B sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding our SME and Enterprise customer base. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the UAE telecom industry, particularly in B2B sales, and a proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Team.
• Drive new business acquisition across SME and Enterprise segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, KPIs, and team performance to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and sales training to build a high-performing sales culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to strengthen market position.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in B2B telecom sales within the UAE.
• Proven success in managing B2B sales teams and consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of SME and Enterprise sales within the UAE market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and legally authorised to work.
