Operations Manager - Health Care Sector

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational workflows, regulatory compliance, service excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement in accordance with DoH Abu Dhabi regulations and healthcare industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DoH Abu Dhabi regulations, healthcare standards, and facility policies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, patient experience, and overall facility performance.
• Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and key operational indicators.
• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and operational resources to meet business and patient care needs.
• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment readiness, procurement coordination, and vendor management.
• Support budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and financial performance initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement programs, accreditation preparations, and risk management activities.
• Ensure effective implementation of healthcare information systems and operational processes.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
