Operations Coordinator

We a fast-paced Dubai based company looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Coordinator to oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, and coordinate between departments to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities of the company.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and smooth communication between departments.
• Track vehicle movements, schedules, and operational reports.
• Maintain records of permits, passes, and compliance documents.
• Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
• Follow up on customer requirements and service delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers, staff, and clients for smooth operations.
• Handle documentation, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and UAE compliance requirements.
• Support management in planning and improving operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administration in UAE is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of transport/logistics operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of UAE transport regulations and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
