Insurance Claims Manager

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Claims Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Insurance Claims Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the companys insurance claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the handling of insurance claims Manage a team of claims adjusters and ensure timely and accurate processing of claims Review and approve claim settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Investigate and resolve complex or high-value claims Monitor claim trends and make recommendations for process improvements Maintain relationships with insurance providers and negotiate claim settlements Train and mentor claims staff on best practices and procedures Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards Prepare reports and present findings to senior management Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential risks Stay updated on industry developments and changes in insurance laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance claims management
• CII certification or any relevant insurance degree or diploma Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management software Knowledge of UAE insurance laws and regulations is preferred Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
