Senior MEP Site Engineer

We give high preference if you have both the experiences together – Mechanical Site engineer & Electrical Site Engineering.

More preference if you are an immediate joiner.

What are we looking for in you?

• You must have a Minimum 7–10 years UAE experience.
• You must have Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV.
• You must be able to read IFC drawings, Shop Drawings and Specifications.
• You must have good coordination skills with Civil and Architectural teams.
• You must have experience Supervising MEP installation works.
• You must have experience Coordinating with consultant and client.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings.
• You must have experience in Planning daily site activities, monitoring subcontractors, supporting testing and commissioning.
• You must have experience Preparing work progress reports.
• You must have experience in Coordinating inspections.
• You must have experience in Resolving technical site issues.
• You must have experience with Documentation such as below:
• RFI
• WIR
• MIR
• Daily Reports
• Weekly Reports
• Site Instructions
• Method Statements
• Inspection Requests
• Material Requests
• Progress Reports
• As-Built Markups
• Snag Lists
• Testing Reports
• Consultant Comment Logs

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
